*Registration fee for all U4 to U8 players includes jersey/shorts/socks.
*Registration fee for all NEW HYSA/S2/EDDOA players include a home and away jersey/shorts/socks.
*Each player will supply their own shin guards and shoes/cleats.
*Family Discount - MCUSA has a family discount for families registering 3 or more children with the Club. Please contact the club registrar for details.
You may register 2 ways:

You will pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, check or money order.
If you are new to the club, you must show proof of your child’s age.
You may bring it to a registration booth or mail it to the address below.

Houston Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) and Missouri City United Soccer Association (MCUSA)
use the Affinity registration program. To ensure your player will have a uniform and player card to be
participate in their first game, registration must be submitted by the deadline.
Every player will need to complete the registration process -
YOUR CHILD’S REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PROOF OF AGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

and fill it out, then mail it, along with proof of your child’s age and a check or money order made payable to:

Proof of Age:
We are required to validate the date of birth for all new players registering with MCUSA.
Valid proof of age documents are government issued Birth Certificates or Passports.
You may present this proof of age to the Registrar in one of the following ways:
- In person at one of our walk-in registration booths
- By mail to: MCUSA, 6140 Hwy. 6, #224, Missouri City, TX 77459
(please only send a photo copy, not the original as it will be shredded)
- By email to: registrar@mcusasoccer.org
- By fax to (832)955-1625
MCUSA Refund Policy – Players may receive a full refund from MCUSA as long as they submit their request in writing to the Registrar (registrar@mcusasoccer.org or mail to: MCUSA, 6140 Hwy 6, #224, Missouri City, TX 77459) prior to the player being registered with HYSA, rostered to a team and that team being activated, and a uniform has been ordered. All refunds requested after the dates listed above will be partial refunds only (less any expenses already incurred for that player). No refunds will be given after the league season begins.
