Process for receiving referee assignments at Community Park for MCUSA assigned games

• Game assignments will be made weekly
• An email will be sent every Sunday night notifying referees of the game assignments available for the following week ONLY
• Referees should forward assignment request to refassignor@mcusasoccer.org
• Referees will receive an email by Tuesday evening notifying them of their assignments
• Referees must confirm receipt of the assignments by Wednesday evening or the games may be reassigned
• For Center’s & AR’s assigned by HYSA, center referees must submit game reports to HYSA in order to receive payments directly from HYSA (Joy Gammon, 11907 Bloomington, Stafford, TX 77477)
• For Center’s & AR’s assigned by MCUSA – the center ref must also submit the game report to HYSA
  • The ref assignor will call the referee and/or ask MCUSA coaches to ensure that the referee(s) showed as assigned
• All assignments will be available on the MCUSA website under the referee tab on Thursday before the games @ the below download link
• The ref assignor will notify the treasurer to make payments monthly
• All referees must submit the following in order to receive assignments and payments:
  • (1)Name, (2) date of birth, (3) license grade level, (4) contact number, (5) email address, and (6) home address – this information will be used solely to assign games and make payments
